Return and Refund Policy
At MUCASE, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
• Unused and in the same condition in which it was received
• Undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, and free from visible signs of use
• Returned in its original packaging, where reasonably possible
• Accompanied by your order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items may still be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund even if the original packaging is no longer available.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because of a change of mind, ordering the wrong model, or no longer wanting the product.
MUCASE will be responsible for reasonable return shipping costs when the return is caused by:
• A defective product
• A damaged product
• An incorrect item sent by MUCASE
• An item that is significantly different from its description
Please contact us before returning a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. After reviewing the issue, we may provide a prepaid return label, reimbursement instructions, a replacement, a refund, or another suitable solution.
We do not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is caused by a defective, damaged, or incorrect item sent by MUCASE.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. After reviewing your request, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Items that have been used, intentionally damaged, washed, altered, or modified
• Items returned without sufficient proof of purchase
• Gift cards
• Items clearly marked as final sale, where permitted by applicable law

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the goods, without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must contact us before the 14-day period expires.
You must return the goods without unnecessary delay after notifying us of your decision. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
You may inspect the product as reasonably necessary. However, you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the product beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
After the refund is issued, your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund in your account.
